ready to bloom · in-home childcare
Hi, I'm Violeta. Warm, reliable babysitting and in-home childcare for families right across Perth. Based in the southern suburbs, I'm happy to travel anywhere near a train station or bus route. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Fully certified and booking from September. Working with Children Check and First Aid are on their way.
A quick hello so you can see my face and hear my voice before I ever step through your door.
Hi, I'm Violeta, your friendly local babysitter down in the Wellard and Kwinana area. I've been babysitting casually across eight years. It started at home as the eldest of four, looking after my three younger siblings, and grew into caring for friends and families around Perth. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, with Chilean roots and a faith that shapes how gently I try to treat everyone. I'm patient to a fault, and honestly I just love this. Bedtime stories, blanket-fort engineering, and keeping routines calm and on schedule.
What you can count on from me: I show up on time, I follow your house rules and routines exactly as you'd want, and I'll happily send a photo or quick update while you're out.
Honestly? Kids remind me how to play. I love their curiosity, their complete lack of judgment, and getting to be a small, steady part of how they grow. And I don't just mean the easy bits. The tears, the tantrums, the hard days matter to me just as much, because that's where a child is really learning. My approach is warm but consistent: lots of hugs, comfort and patience, paired with gentle, clear boundaries and plenty of choices, so children feel both safe and respected. I'll always care for your little ones the way you'd want them cared for, never spoiling and never harsh, just steady and loving.
I love being part of how children grow, and helping them feel safe, seen, and free to bloom.

For everyone's safety, I don't care for children with a fever or a contagious illness. Just let me know and we'll happily reschedule, no charge.
I'll tell you as early as I can and, where possible, help you find a trusted backup. I'll never care for your children if I'm contagious.
I never post or share photos of your children, and I'll only take photos to send to you if you'd like updates. Any details you share with me stay private.
I hold a driver's licence and travel by public transport, so I don't drive children in my own car or provide car seats. I'm happy to do local walks or park visits if you're comfortable with that.
